About San Jose Power Soccer

San Jose Power Soccer is part of the City of San Jose Parks & Recreation department and United States Power Soccer Association dedicated to providing athletes with physical disabilities the opportunity to compete in the fast-paced sport of power wheelchair soccer. We have two competitive teams, the San Jose Flash and San Jose Steamrollers, as well as a beginner’s program for individuals who want to try the sport and refine their skills before joining one of our competitive teams. We support all physical disabilities and ages. Our teams travel and compete with other teams in California and across the United States.  Athletes use a specialized wheelchair solely made or modified for our sport. Ability to independently control a power-wheelchair and understand the laws of the game is required.
